Louise Pascale

Louise Pascale, Ph.D., Professor Emerita at Lesley University has worked for over 30 years in the field of arts integration. Her research interest focuses on investigating ways singing and music impact cultural reference, community building and education. She’s committed to providing opportunities for children and teachers to experience the joy of music, opening up possibility for everyone to sing, make music, and build strong learning communities. As founder and director of the Afghan Children’s Songbook and Literacy Project, Inc., Dr. Pascale’s work has been internationally recognized for its impact on education and children’s traditional music in Afghanistan.
