Lu KunLu Kun is a lecturer at Shanghai Urban Construction College. He received his LLB degree from Henan Normal University in 2004. He graduated from the Law School of Chongqing University in 2008 (M.L.). He concluded his PhD at the Law School of Shnghai Jiao Tong University in 2016. He is specialized in Environmental Law and Administrative Law. He has published a number of environmental law articles in China and co-translated a number of English books into Chinese, including the IUCN Guidelines for Protected Areas Legislation in 2016.
