Lucy Parissi

Lucy Parissi is the writer, recipe developer, stylist and photographer behind the successful blog Supergolden Bakes. She grew up in Greece, where food and cooking are fundamental to a happy life. Helping her mum in the kitchen, especially wen she was baking, delighted her as a child. Lucy wanted to become a great baker just like her.

Lucy is a believer in unfussy food that’s easy to achieve and packed full of flavour, so she has discovered the art of baking in the air fryer. She often takes inspiration from cuisines around the world as well as the traditional Greek recipes she grew up with. To this day, nothing makes her happier than preparing and sharing food with family and friends.
