Luis MunozLuis Muñoz escaped oppression in Chile in the mid-1970s after having been incarcerated and tortured under the Pinochet regime. Eventually he found asylum in London and has been campaigning for the abused and ‘disappeared’ in Chile ever since. He nowlives in Brighton and is a well-known commentator on Chilean affairs, often appearing on national TV and radio.
