Madeleine MerkxMadeleine Merkx studied tax law at Tilburg University. She obtained her doctorate with a thesis on the place of establishment and the permanent address for VAT purposes. This book is an adaptation of her thesis. She has been working for Deloitte Indiect Tax since November 2004. She is currently responsible for tax technical issues, knowledge management, and technical training within Deloitte Indirect Tax.
