Madeline Kay Sneed was born and raised in Houston, Texas, a city she dearly loves, despite its sports franchises so often breaking her heart. She received her BA in English literature from Baylor University and her MFA in fiction from Emerson Collge. She frequently writes about the intersection of queerness and faith, an obsession of hers. When she's not doing that, Madeline loves spending time outside with her friends and family in Texas.
