Over the last decade, she's studied lakes, large and small, from Wabush Lake in Labrador to St. Mary Lake on Salt Spring Island, to Snap Lake in the Northwest Territories.In 2007, Maggie arrived on Salt SpringIsland by sailboat from Pedder Bay on Vancouver Island and decided to put down anchor.
