Mamta BishtDr. Mamta Bisht is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, School of Applied and Life Sciences, Uttaranchal University (NAAC A+), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She has been actively involved in the extractio, isolation, and characterization of “natural products obtained from the medicinal and aromatic plants with bioactivity for the last 8 years. Besides this, her analytical skills are in GC, GC-MS, HPLC, Prep-HPLC, and HPTLC. Furthermore, she is equally involved in the promotion of endangered and economically important species from the youngest Himalayan region. She has published more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and seven book chapters.
