Manish holds a Master of Science in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics, Portugal and Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University, Nepal. After his bachelor's, Manish worked as an IT personnel in Dubai, UAE, before moving to Portugal for Master degree. Manish concluded his Master dissertation under the supervision of Duarte Pitta Ferraz, titled "The impact of the merger law wave era (2012-2015) in the performance of commercial banks in Nepal". Thereafter, Manish worked as a consultant in Capgemini before moving to collaborate with Duarte again on "Manual of Corporate Governance: Theory and Practice for Scholars, Executive and Non-Executive Directors".
