With 19 years of academic experience, she holds a Bacheor's in Information Technology (2006) and a Master's with honors in Software Engineering (2011) from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution.
