Marcelo Vilaris Chemist (1999) and reached a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology in 2006, both from Universidad Nacional del (UNS) of Bahía Blanca.
Her research mainly focuses on the development, characterization and application of starch biodegradble films, especially in food packaging. Nowadays, her research is being carried out in the Planta Piloto de Ingeniería Química (PLAPIQUI-UNS-CONICET).
