Marcos RubinsteinMarcos Rubinstein is a professor in telecommunications at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland. He is an IEEE fellow and a member of the Institute for Information and Communication Technologies, and serves on key positions such a head of the Applied Electromagnetics Group and chairman of the International Project on Electromagnetic Radiation from Lightning to Tall structures.
