Margaret H. Beissinger

Margaret H. Beissinger teaches in the Slavic Department at Princeton University. Her field is Balkan oral literature and traditions, especially epic poetry and Romani music-making, topics that she has published widely o. She has written and co-edited several books and is currently editing the Oxford Handbook of Slavic and East European Folklore.
