Maria HaskinsMaria Haskins is a Swedish-Canadian writer and reviewer of speculative fiction. Her work has appeared in Black Static, Fireside, Shimmer, Cast of Wonders, Interzone, PseudoPod, Escape Pod, Mythic Delirium, B&N's Sci-Fi & Fantasy Blog, Beneath Ceaseles Skies, Flash Fiction Online, and elsewhere. She writes a quarterly short fiction roundup for Strange Horizons, and also reviews speculative fiction at her book blog, Maria's Reading.She was born and grew up in Sweden, and debuted as a writer there before moving to Canada in the 1990s.
