Maria NorthcoteMaria Northcote is the Director of the Centre for Advancement of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) at Avondale College of Higher Education, Australia. She is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education, and professional develoment. She has led and contributed to research projects in three higher education institutions between 1999 and 2016.
