Maria Serena Rizzo
Maria Serena Rizzo is an archaeology officer at the Parco Archeologico e Paesaggistico della Valle dei Templi, Agrigento. She has been mainly involved in the investigation of the Late Antique and medieval landscapes and rural settlements f the Agrigento city and area, including projects to reconstruct the urban landscape as well as studying the relevant material culture. She has overseen the organisation of various archaeological exhibitions, training courses, heritage education activities, and conferences.
