Marian Hannah CarlsonAward-winning writer and educator, Marian Hannah Carlson, taught in the Lexington and Newton, Massachusetts, public schools before writing a syndicated newspaper Parent/Child column. With her background in education, she received grants to write for BS, the Maine Historical Society, the Boston Landmarks Orchestra, and others. Hannah is the author of six high-interest books encouraging students of all ages to know and love American history.
