Mariana Curado MaltaMariana Malta holds a PhD in Information Systems & Technologies from the University of Minho, Portugal. She is an electrical and software engineer from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Oporto, Portugal. She is an associate professor in the Plytechnic of Oporto since 1998. She is currently on leave to work as a researcher in the European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant Project “POSTDATA”, where she is the leading information modeler. POSTDATA is located in the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia at the Laboratory of Digital Humanities. Mariana is interested in semantic modeling and development of application profiles, more particularly in the study and development of methods for the development of application profiles.
