Marie LaFrance
Marie Lafrance has always drawn. She studied graphic arts and engraving. Later, she became an illustrator, a career that is not really a career, but rather a lifestyle. For the past 20 years, she has illustrated mainly children's ooks. Her work has won the Ruth and Sylvia Schwartz Award, and she has been a finalist four times for the Governor General's Award. For Les 400 coups, she illustrated the very popular Le grand voyage de monsieur Caca, Le nouveau voyage de monsieur Caca and Cacas et compagnie.
