He has taught thousands of future managers (MBA students) and practicng managers from around the world. He has authored (or coauthored) numerous articles in such journals as People & Strategy, Strategic HR Review, Journal of Management Development, Organizational Development & Learning, and Strategic Finance. He is the author of The Secret Language of Financial Reports. He is coauthor of Teaching Management: A Field Guide for Professors, Consultants, and Corporate Trainers.
