Mark NewiesMark Newies was born in Northumberland in 1969. After earning a Liberal Arts degree from Northumbria University, he began his career in publishing and financial services in London. In 2002, he shifted paths and retrained as a teacher, completing a PGE and going on to teach History in Scotland and abroad.
