Mark Rainsley
Mark has lived and worked in the South West for three decades. He has repeatedly walked, backpacked and trail-run the wonderful South West Coast Path and, incidentally, has kayaked around the entire South West peninsula, three times! Mark has authred numerous Pesda Press guidebooks including South West Trail Running, South East Trail Running and South West Sea Kayaking.
