Mark Schwartz Mark S. Schwartz is Co-Director of the Joint M.B.A./LL.B. Program, Coordinator of Business Law,and lecturer of business law and business ethics at the Schulich School of business, York University, Toronto. He is a lawyer in the Province of Ontaro and graduated from the Joint M.B.A./LL.B. Program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business in 1991. He received his Ph.D. from the Schulich School of Business in 1999, focusing on the subject of business ethics.
