Mark T PifherMark Pifher is a 1974 graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Madison) with a major in English/Education and a minor in Comparative Literature. After teaching at the secondary level, he obtained a law degree from UW and for over forty years worked a an attorney and utility manager in the water and natural resources arena.
