Marko Ivan RupnikMarko lvan Rdpnik [1954] is a Jesuit priest. After Philosophy, he studied at the Fine Arts Academy in Rome and Theology at the Gregorian University in Rome where he specialised in Missiology, earning a doctorate in this field. Since September 1991 hehas been living and working in Rome at the Pontifical Oriental Institute - Centro Aletti of which he is director.
