She as worked as a freelance journalist for over 15 years, served as a Marine, worked as a nurse and her non-fiction has been published in Nvestment Magazine, Get Up and Go, Mature Lifestyles, Naples Daily News, Monadnock Ledger, Nantucket Beacon, Salon.com, Union Leader, and Ambience Magazine. She currently lives in Albuquerque, NM where she teaches Intro to Novel Writing at UNM Continuing Education.
