Mary Alice Davies
Mary Alice Davies was born and grew up in a mining town in South Wales. She left to study in London University, then in Cardiff. Her professional life was in education, as a teacher in Wales, a universiy lecturer in London, followed by senior roles in the voluntary sector. The Clifton Saga is her fourth book.
