Matthew HeMatthew He (AUTHOR), PhD, is full professor and director of the Division of Math, Science, and Technology of Nova Southeastern University (NSU) (Florida, USA). Dr. Matthew He received his PhD in mathematics from University of South Florida (1991). Dr. Matthew He was a research associate at the Department of Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, Cambridge University (Cambridge, England, 1986) and at the Department of Mathematics, Eldgenossische Technische Hochschule (Zurich, Switzerland, 1987).
