Melanie Johnson is a food writer, and columnist at Country Life magazine where she has been creating her Kitchen Garden Cook column for just under a decade. A professional chef, she also shares the magic of her kitchen on social media and her wbsite. She believes the enchanting ritual of baking is good for the soul and enjoys inspiring others for all their occasions. A recent survivor of breast cancer, Melanie is the working mother of a teenage daughter.
