A leader in pastoral theology and spiritual care's intercultural paradigm, Mindy McGarrah Sharp has taught for fifteen years at Phillips Theological Seminary and Columbia Theological Seminary. Dr. Sharp has published Misundersanding Stories: Toward a Postcolonial Pastoral Theology; Creating Resistances: Pastoral Care in a Postcolonial World; and several book chapters, journal articles, and blogs. She lives in Decatur, Georgia, with her family.
