Melvin John RuohonenAuthor, Melvin John Ruohonen, commonly referred to as Mel was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Graduating from Kindergarten in Hancock, Michigan, Mel, and family (Mom and Dad) moved to a Mining Community of White Pine, Michigan whee graduation took place in 1965. At age 63, Mel began reflecting on his life and was encouraged to write a book. Now, at age 73 a second review of the book's contents Mel realized the message is best fitted to 2021. The way my age group dealt with problems (opportunities) was to fall back on our Foundations. What do today's Youth use as a benchmark to reach Solid Rock.
