Mengting Tan

Dr. Mengting Tan is lecturer at School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. She obtained her Master’s degree from both Nanjing University of Science and Technology and École des Mines d’Alès, France in 206. She then received her PhD degree at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China in 2020. She studied at University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2019, sponsored by Chinese Scholarship Council. Her research currently focuses on the mechanics of ceramic armor, with several related journal papers published in Composite Structures, International Journal of Fracture and others.
