Michael HolbertMichael Holbert grew up in Pennsylvania, where he went to high school and college, graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He spent most of his early adult years at odd jobs while traveling around the world. He eventually settled into a creer as a respiratory therapist, at which he still occasionally works on-call.Michael lives with his wife, Kathy, in Puyallup, Washington.
