He has been an active member of the Herrick Family Association since 2004. Trained in Psychologyand Educational Research, he has been employed in various capacities in education, government and business. In 2002, he formed Herrick Research LLC, conducting research and evaluation studies in education and health care. He received in PhD from the University of Minnesota in 2000.
