Michael Lynk

Michael Lynk is Professor Emeritus of Law at Western University in Canada, where he taught from 1999 until his retirement in 2022. He has published widely in the areas of Canadian labour law, human rights law, and international law. He served as U Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 from 2016-2022.
