Michael Prescott

Born and raised in New Jersey, Michael Prescott attended Wesleyan University, majoring in film studies, then pursued a career as a screenwriter in Los Angeles. In 1986 he wrote his first novel; published steadily since that time, he is now the autor of twenty-two thrillers, one of which, Shiver, was recently made into a movie starring Danielle Harris and John Jarratt. Currently at work on a new book, Prescott is also republishing his older titles in e-book editions, which have found a wide new audience.
