Michael RickickiMichael Rickicki is a Catholic by Irish-Italian heritage, cook by trade, and outdoorsman by grace. He lives in Upstate New York. Born and raised in the foothills of New York's Southern Tier along the Genessee River, Michael has spent most of his timein the outdoors hunting, fishing, and cooking. He aims to share his love for creation with others through food and writing.
