Michael Silk Michael Silk is Emeritus Professor of Classical and Comparative Literature at King's College London, Adjunct Professor in the Department of English and Comparative Literature at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Fellow of the British Aademy. From 1991 to 2006 he was Professor of Greek Language and Literature at King's College London; between 2003 and 2007 he held Visiting Professorships at Boston University.
