Michael WadeMichael R. Wade is an associate professor of Management Information Systems at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, where he also holds the position of associate director of the International MBA Program. He received a PhD from he Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Professor Wade has worked extensively with public and private sector organizations to further an understanding of the strategic use of information systems for sustainable competitive advantage. He has lived and worked in seven countries across four continents and consulted for top international organizations including Cisco Systems and IBM. His research has appeared in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, and the Communications of the ACM .
