Mieko NakabayashiMieko Nakabayashi is Professor of Political Science at Waseda University. She received her PhD in International Public Policy from Osaka University and her Master’s degree in Political Science from Washington State University. She served as an electe member of Japan’s House of Representatives from 2009 to 2012 and as a professional staff member of the US Senate Budget Committee between 1993 and 2002.
