Mike Lu

Mike Lu is a partner and a founder of Lexcel Partners, practising in M&A, asset management, securities transactions, corporate law, commercial law, and securities investment institutions regulatory compliance. He graduated from the NationalTaiwan University College of Law in 1995 and received his Masters of Law from University of Pennsylvania Law School and New York University School of law in 2000 and 2001, respectively. He is dually licensed to practice law in Taiwan and New York and is a registered patent agent in Taiwan. Before his association with Lexcel Partners, he worked with Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. He acts as the chairperson of the Corporate Governance and M&A Committee at the Taipei Bar Association.
