Miles NoltingMiles Nolting, the editor of this map and of the African Safari Field Guide, was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but Africa was always a second home! He visited Africa on numerous safaris with his parents Alison and Mark an his brother Nicholas.

As a result, Miles grew up just as the safari industry has from humble dome-tented mobile camps to lodges of today that are at the epitome of luxury. He has travelled extensively throughout East, Southern and Central Africa's national parks and reserves. He has worked for The Africa Adventure Company for over 6 years, with the dual role of Product Development and Safari Consultant.
