Mohamed Fawzy Ramadan

Mohamed Fawzy RamadanDr. Mohamed Fawzy Ramadan is a Professor of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry at Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia. Since 2014, Ramadan has been Professor of Biochemistry at Zagazig University, Egypt. He obtained his PhD in food chemistry from Berli University of Technology (2004). Prof. Ramadan continued his postdoctoral research at ranked universities, including the University of Helsinki, Finland; the Max-Rubner Institute, Germany; Berlin University of Technology, Germany; and the University of Maryland, United States. In 2010, he was invited to be a visiting professor (100% research) at King Saud University (KSU).
