Mohammad Mahdi a ShiraziMohammad Mahdi A. Shirazi is the co-founder and R&D&I manager at Membrane Industry Development Institute. He received his Ph.D from University of Kashan, and his MSc. degree from Azad University (Science and Research Branch), both in Chemical Engineeing, in 2020 and 2011, respectively. His current research is focused on membrane engineering for desalination, resource recovery and wastewater treatment, all toward the environment sustainability and circular economy. He also works on developing nanoengineered electrospun nanofibers for different applications. More than 50 international refereed journal papers and 12 book chapters have been published, and more than 25 oral presentations, including 8 invited talks, have been presented in international conferences by him.
