Before joining Management Sciences for Health, Dr. Joshi worked at Tribhuvan University's Institute of Medicine and Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Nepal for nearly 20 years in various capacities, including as academic assistant dean and professor and head of clinical pharmacology.
