Mort KrahlingMort Krahling (1944 -- 1998) grew up in Alliance, Ohio, graduating from Alliance High School in 1962. He attended Mount Union College, where he became a member of the social fraternity Alpha Tau Omega, wrote for campus publications, and worked part-tme at radio station WFAH Alliance. After completing his degree in 1966, he pursued graduate study at Kent State University, and was there during the May 1970 tragedy which affected him deeply. A well-known local poet who lived the last 32 years of his life in Kent, he once performed with the Cleveland Symphony but is best remembered for his readings at local bars, bookstores, and coffeehouses around town. His previous books include: The Swiss Cross Mystery in 1983 published by Three Hawk Press in Ravenna Ohio. Caught in the Glow, 1991, Kentworcs, Kent, Ohio and Cuyahoga/Cape Cod: One Year, 1996, Shelly's Press, Kent, Ohio. Otherwise it sounds good to me. Read More Read Less
