Mostafa Gouda
Dr. Mostafa Gouda is Assistant Professor at the Nutrition and Food Science Department, National Research Center, Egypt, and is also affiliated with the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He hs received a number of awards including the National State Prize in Science and Advanced Sciences, Egypt, 2022/2023 and International Association for Advanced Materials (IAAM) Scientist Medal, Stockholm, Sweden, 2024. Dr. Gouda is Associate Editor for several publishers like Springer Nature and Frontiers. He has several publications in high impact journals like Trends in Plant Science, Hazardous Materials, Engineering, Bioresource Technology, and Food Hydrocolloids. He is an official reviewer for various journals, and has published over 60 articles, book chapters, and one book.
