Muhammad Majid GulzarMuhammad Majid Gulzar (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering (control science and engineering) from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering (control cience and engineering) from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan, in 2016. He did his postdoctoral certification from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2019. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Control and Instrumentation Engineering (CIE), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia. He is also a member of the Center for Renewable Energy and Power Systems, KFUPM. His research interests include operation and control of renewable energy systems, optimization techniques and applications, multi-agent networks, analysis and design of linear/nonlinear systems, and economic energy dispatch.
