Munazza SaeedMunazza Saeed earned her PhD in Marketing from the University of Malaya and is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at FAST School of Management, NUCES Lahore. With over six years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in hiher education, she is dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in marketing. She also serves as the Coordinator for the Marketing Cluster at the same school. Her research interests include Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, Service Contexts, and Sustainable Consumption. She also studies employee attitudes and behaviours in management literature, considering them internal customers. Supervises undergraduate and graduate students in their final year projects, industry consultancies, research projects, and theses. She regularly contributes by reviewing articles for top-tier journals.
