Musarrat ShaheenMusarrat Shaheen is a Faculty Member in the Department of Human Resource Management at IBS Hyderabad, IFHE University. Her Ph.D. thesis is in the area of ‘Psychological Capital’. Her research works are also in the areas of Organizational Citizenship ehaviors (OCB), Work Engagement, Work Performance, Organizational Justice, and Customer Delight. She is a member of Association of Indian Management Scholars (AIMS), Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), Insurance Institute of India (III), and IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF). She has written several research papers and book chapters in the field of organizational behavior and strategic human resource management.
